Exchange & Return Policy

Please review the following conditions for exchanges and returns at Huner Store.

Wrong, damaged or incorrectly described items

• If the wrong product is sent, or an item is damaged during delivery, we will accept it unused and unwashed for a free exchange within 7 working days.
• If an item is materially different from its product description, it will be exchanged free of cost. If a replacement is unavailable in inventory, a refund will be provided.

Change-of-mind exchanges and returns

We do not accept returns simply because of personal preference, like/dislike, or a décor/theme match or mismatch. If a customer nevertheless requests an exchange or return after receiving the correct order, only unused, unwashed and undamaged products are eligible, subject to the following deductions:

• Exchange: 15% of the purchase amount or a minimum of Rs. 500, whichever is applicable, plus any price difference for the replacement item.
• Return: 25% of the purchase amount or a minimum of Rs. 500, whichever is applicable.
• Sale items are excluded.

Important time limit

Complaints or exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
