Exchange & Return Policy

      • If the item is mistakenly sent wrong (not the product ordered )or it is damaged during delivery we will gladly accept it unused, unwashed, and exchange it free of cost within 7 working days.
      • If the item is not the same as per its description it will be exchanged free of cost if not available in inventory refunded.
      • If the item is damaged or changed from mentioned it will be exchanged free of cost if not available in inventory refunded.
      • If the item received is different then its details mentioned it will be exchanged and if not available in inventory refunded
      • We don't take returns based on like, dislike, theme match/mismatch. However, in case after receiving the right order customer wishes to exchange/return - only unused, unwashed, and undamaged products will be acceptable where 15% (For exchange )and 25% (for return) of the purchase or minimum Rs.500 (whichever is applicable) will be deducted and with the subject to price difference new item will be exchanged. (sale item not included)
      • No complaints or exchange will be entertained after 24 hours of the parcel being received.
      • Delivery charges will not be refunded
